Property Grading
Precision grading to improve drainage, protect foundations, and prepare your property for hardscape and landscape construction.

This is the process of shaping and refining the elevations of your land so water moves where it should, away from foundations, away from low spots, and toward safe discharge areas. It is one of the most important steps in any landscape project because it impacts everything that follows: patios, walkways, retaining walls, gardens, and turf performance.
Proper grading involves evaluating existing slopes, identifying drainage patterns and problem areas, then reworking the site with precise cuts and fills to create smooth transitions and reliable flow.
We correct negative grades that push water toward the home, eliminate pooling zones, and establish stable, functional contours that support long-term landscape health. This often includes compacting and stabilizing soils, adjusting soil depths where required, and preparing the site so finished surfaces whether sod, planting beds, or hardscape, install cleanly and perform well through Canadian freeze–thaw cycles and heavy rainfall. The result is a property that looks cleaner, feels more usable, and protects your investment by managing water properly from the ground up.
